What kind of pathology would inspire that comment? Why would he like to draw his sister's attention to his genitals? Even obliquely? Sounds like a cry for help. Or something.
I believe he just wants to bring me as much pain as is humanly possible. He wants to make me break down and cry or vomit. Or a combination of both.
That made me vomit in my mouth a little. geez, i dont even want to hear something like that out of Derek and I'm getting married to him... what a pig.
